SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Our skilled and highly qualified personnel and service network provide both preventive and corrective maintenance for the customer needs. We can also perform system condition check-ups and recommend actions for the future. We also offer spare part services. Our sourcing channels enable us to help with sudden spare part needs, and we can also provide customized spare parts packages.
Our technical support is available whenever the situation requires it – even around the clock, if needed. Our technical support staff is a team of experienced professionals who identify and solve problems via phone, email or a remote connection. If on-site service is required, the service team will be arranged. The support and maintenance agreement ensures that problem situations are always handled within the agreed response time.
SUPPORT AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
Regularly maintained production equipment increases system reliability and reduces the risk of unexpected downtime. Our preventive maintenance program defines the service interval for the stacker cranes and thus ensures that the maintenance is done regularly and on time. The support and maintenance agreement, in turn, defines the service level for technical support – up to 24/7 if needed – and ensures that problem situations are always addressed within the agreed response time.
In connection with the new installation, comprehensive user training will be provided to familiarize users with the correct and safe use of the system. It is also possible to arrange user training whenever necessary, for example in connection with the induction of new staff. The maintenance training, in turn, ensures that the customer’s maintenance personnel are also aware of the essential aspects related to the system maintenance.
