CML Automation Oy will change its name to Camline Oy effective March 1, 2026, as part of the group’s strategic development. As part of the same process, Prohoc Oy’s industrial maintenance services will be transferred to Camline Oy effective April 1, 2026.

Following a restructuring within the Group, Camline Oy will operate as a sister company of Prohoc Oy starting April 1, 2026. Both companies will remain family-owned subsidiaries of Continent Finland Oy.

Why is this change being made?

The goal of this change is to build Camline as even stronger and more focused partner in improving the flow and efficiency of production at machine shops.

By combining CML Automation’s software and automation expertise with the maintenance and project expertise being transferred from Prohoc:

CML Automation Oy is joining the Prohoc Oy Group. CML Automation Oy will continue its operations as an independent subsidiary of Prohoc Oy.

“Together with CML, we can offer our customers a more comprehensive service, including the implementation and modernization of sophisticated machine tools, FMS systems, and warehouse systems,” says Matti Manner, Chairman of the Board of Prohoc Oy.

Prohoc has previously collaborated with CML on projects, and this ownership arrangement will make it easier to offer customers the companies’ complementary industrial service portfolios. CML Automation Oy gains an owner in Prohoc that brings resources and expertise to support the company’s growth, as well as support for the implementation of projects and larger initiatives.
